The BlindsQuick.com staff wants your experience to be a pleasant one, so please take the time to read through our terms and conditions. This information is provided to prevent any complications regarding your order, now or in the future. Although every effort has been made to clarify the information we require from you the customer, and the service you should expect from us, there is always room for improvement. Suggestions to better your BlindsQuick.com shopping experience will always, and gladly, are accepted.

The Importance of Proper Measurements:
Accurate measurements are crucial. The vast majorities of the products we offer are Custom Made and Cannot be returned due to incorrect measurements. Should an error on your part occur, we will be here to assist you with having the error corrected, or if necessary, the product remade. Please follow our "How to Measure Instructions" very carefully. And, when you are certain your measurements are correct, measure again! Should you have any questions, please feel free to call us for assistance.

INSIDE MOUNT WINDOW TREATMENTS "Inside Mount" window treatments fit inside the window frame or opening. Deductions, allowing for the precise fit, and function are automatically taken by the factory. These deductions may vary by type of treatment selected and/or factory of manufacture. So please, DO NOT take any deductions of your own. Please give us the actual, exact measurements of your opening down to the 1/8 of an inch.

OUTSIDE MOUNT WINDOW TREATMENTS "Outside Mount" means the treatment extends beyond the sides, above the top , and sometimes below the actual opening. The factory does not change the measurements for outside mounted items. Therefore, you will need to determine the finished size you need. Submit the size of the blind, NOT the size of the window. Please consider the following:

Standard sliding glass doors, and windows being covered with floor length treatments require additions be made to the actual size so they extend beyond the sides and above the top of the opening, only.

Openings in French doors, or windows that are not being covered with a floor length treatment, require that width and length be added to the actual opening sizes. This to allow the completed treatment to extend above, below and beyond each side of the opening.

An outside mount for a window with a sill extending more than 3/4 of an inch into the room, from the wall, may require measurements be taken from the sill up. Therefore additions to the actual measurements, would be made only to extend the treatment beyond the sides, and above the top of the opening.

Well do everything possible to help you out. If we made the mistake or your product is damaged in shipping, we will promptly correct the problem.

At BlindsQuick.com, we are serious about your satisfaction. Thats why we offer a full 90 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will do everything possible to make it right. If it is our mistake, or freight damage is incurred, we will immediately remedy problem at our expense. This must be done within 90 days of your receipt of the blinds or shades, and should a return be authorized the product must be returned in its original new condition.

Additional conditions regarding this policy:
- Free sample swatches are offered for all of our guaranteed products. We can only honor this guarantee if you ordered swatches on the specific product in question within 90 days prior to your custom order being placed.
- Oversized products, which are over 90, are only returnable for damage/warranty issues.
- This guarantee covers product pricing only, and not handling/processing/shipping fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Only the products noted as 100% Satisfaction Guarantee are covered.
- Blinds and shades that are measured incorrectly are not covered under this guarantee.

Accuracy of Sample Images - Please Request FREE Samples BEFORE Ordering:
COLOR ACCURACY Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color when scanned to our website, actual colors may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences, subtle variations in color and surface texture may not be fully revealed. Again, these are custom products and CANNOT be returned. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. When exact color matches are required, please request a free sample, before placing your order! You may order up to 10 samples free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE: Slight variations might occur between the sample and the finished product. These run to run dye lot variations are common to the manufacturing process, and within industry tolerances. They are not defects. Due to these variations we recommend that when identical products and colors are to used for more than one opening, that they all be ordered at the same time.

BACK LIGHTING OF FABRICS "Back lighting" is the effect seen when light filters through translucent type fabrics from behind, such as outside daylight. Our catalogue images cannot display the effect of back lighting, which may soften colors and highlight fabric textures. To see how back lighting affects the color and/or texture of a particular item, please request a free sample. Up to 10 free samples may be requested. To select a sample, simply click on the link, "Request Free Sample", just below each color's image on the product page.

PLEASE NOTE: Most items are manufactured with color coordinated components. Color coordinated products use components that are similar in color but, not always exact in color. In addition, neutral colored head and/or bottom rails may be used in conjunction with color coordinated strip inserts. Exact color matches between tassels, strings and other blind and shade parts are rarely possible due to the extensive amount of colors offered for the primary components (slats, fabrics, louvers, etc.). Designer selected complementary, coordinated color matches assure you that whatever product you select has a finished look. Should you have specific concerns please call Customer Service for further details.

Disclaimer for Bamboo Shades:
Genuine Bamboo Shades may vary dramatically in color and pattern due to conditions such as soil make-up, the time of year harvesting takes place, and/or drying conditions. Colors can range from a somewhat vivid greenish tint, through yellowish shades, then on to more muted brown tones. Samples are to primarily provide customers an idea of the products overall appearance. Therefore a guarantee of color cannot be made.

Shipping Information
Shipping is free via FEDEX and/or UPS, for items less than 107" in width, within the contiguous United States. PVC verticals must be less than 107" in width and/or 107" in length to qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States.

All other items will be shipped via Ground Motor Freight.

Due to shipping restraints and manufacturer warranties, BlindsQuick.com does not sell or ship blinds over 107 inches.

PLEASE NOTE: While most deliveries can be made to your front door, should you live in a subdivision where semi trucks are prohibited, the carrier will contact you to arrange for order pick up.

Most carriers will unload your order off the truck but, not carry them into your home or office. Some carriers will not unload your order off the truck. Therefore, someone who is capable of accepting and unloading the order needs to be present. Please call Customer Service for further information.

If you would like a signature required upon delivery, please note that on the order form, or inform our customer service representative when placing your order. If a request that a signature be required is not made, items usually ship as 'Signature NOT Required'.

Sorry, at this time we do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Arrangements will need to be made on your end for shipments outside of the continental U.S.

Sorry, at this time we do not offer shipping to Canada.

Should your order include items made at more than one factory, it will likely be broken into multiple shipments.

Delivery times are estimates of the number of business days, following the day of order placement, required to fill your order and have it delivered. These estimates exclude holidays, weekends, delays due to product back orders, temporary factory overloads, or other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, BlindsQuick.com disclaims any responsibility for delays in shipping that are beyond our control.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Order Changes Policy:
You have up to 24 hours after the order is placed to make any changes. Once that period has passed its normal for production to have begun. Changes, if possible, after the 24 hour period will incur an additional fee determined by the degree of production already completed. If your product(s) have been completed they can not be changed. Please review your "Order Confirmation Email, or Fax, immediately upon receipt to avoid any problems.

Cancellation/Return Policy:
Since ALL products purchased through BlindsQuick.com are custom made to order they can not be resold in the normal course of business and therefore can not be returned for any reason.

Due to the custom nature of our products, your credit card will be charged for the total sales price, sales tax (applicable only if shipping within Florida) and shipping, once the order has been placed.

Please review the Order Confirmation that is emailed immediately after your order has been placed, and check it for any errors. It is your responsibility to verify all sizes, products and colors prior to production.

Discontinued or Out of Stock Items
BlindsQuick.com makes every effort to remove items from our site immediately upon notification that they have been discontinued, or to notify the customer of an out of stock item before ordering. However it's not uncommon for us to be informed of these issues only when we forward customer orders to the manufacturer. Therefore, BlindsQuick.com disclaims any responsibility for any damages incurred by delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Sales Tax
BlindsQuick.com is a Florida based Corporation and is therefore required to collect 6.50% sales tax on all orders shipped within Florida. Collection of sales tax on Internet sales will occur, outside the State of Florida, only if, and when mandated by law.

Payment Options
Due to the custom nature of our products we require full payment at the time of order placement. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pay-Pal through our website and over the phone.

Cashier's checks, personal checks and money orders must be received by our office before your order can be processed.

NOTE: Orders paid with personal checks will held approximately 5-7 days to allow for bank clearance.

Inspection of Merchandise
Immediately upon receipt, for any for damage that may have occurred during shipping.

Any damage due to shipping will be addressed but, these IMPORTANT steps need to be followed:

For orders shipped via a Ground Freight Company other than UPS or FEDEX you must:

1) Inspect the packaging for damage during delivery, inform the driver if damage is found and have it noted on your copy of the bill of lading;

2) Save all packaging;

3) Notify us by phone or mail within two business days of receipt. Any items damaged in shipping will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

For orders shipped via UPS or FEDEX: If damage is discovered after the packaging has been opened, you must:

1) Save all packaging;

2) Notify us by phone or email within two business day of receipt. Any items damaged in shipping will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Failure to have the driver note any visible damage to packaging on your copy of the "Bill of Lading", for shipments via a Ground Freight Company, then saving the packaging, and then notifying BlindsQuick.com of this damage within two business days may result in charges for product repair or replacement.

Failure to save all packaging for damaged items shipped via UPS or FEDEX and/or failure to notify BlindsQuick.com of this damage within two business may result in charges for product repair or replacement.

For merchandise made incorrectly
Upon receipt, inspect you order. Should any item(s) have been made incorrectly, you need to notify us by phone or email within two business days. Any incorrect items will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Failure to notify BlindsQuick.com of any items made incorrectly within two business days of receipt, may result in charges for product repair or replacement.

NEVER pierce the packaging with scissors, a knife or other sharp objects as product damage may occur, resulting in repair charges.

Express Warranties
Express Warranties with respect to the products purchased from BlindsQuick.com are provided to the purchaser directly by the manufacturer of each product and are incorporated into your order. BlindsQuick.com ITSELF DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY AND/OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH REGARD TO THE GOODS YOU ARE PURCHASING.

Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve a dispute regarding the application of BlindsQuick.com's Ordering, Shipping and/or Measuring Policies to your order, the dispute will be settled by one arbitrator in binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be filed in Florida and the hearing relating to said arbitration shall be held at a mutually agreeable location within Florida. The arbitrator will apply United States law and will award the substantially prevailing party its costs and reasonable attorneys fees.

Child Safety
To avoid possible injury or strangulation from the cords on certain blinds and shades, please keep the all cords out of the reach of small children.

Safety Options:
Tie the cord to itself;
Small clamp or clothes pin;
Cord Cleat - Available upon request for most products;
Tie Down Devices - These come standard with some products such as verticals, sun shades, window shading. etc.
